Oooh, look! 👀 There’s a second Alexander Bacon @vizsla_bacon on the other side of the same building! Loving this liquid, fluid chrome technique!
I’ve only ever seen it online but fabulous to see it IRL.

You can find both murals at 900 King Street West. Dog on the north-west side of the building, woman on the south-east side.

Meet Jennifer Utting! Another new member of the STROLL crew! She leads her first Kitchener Women’s HERstory walking tour this weekend, Saturday October 18, Downtown Kitchener!

While Jennifer didn’t grow up in Waterloo Region, she has deep family roots that go right back to Josef Schneider. A passionate feminist and unabashed Social Justice Warrior, Jennifer is committed to sharing stories that have been pushed aside, buried, or neglected altogether. Her professional experience can be summed up as a “Jill of all trades” within the social profit sector - event planner, local food advocate, donor relations specialist, communications manager, and most recently, library assistant. She holds a BA in History and an MA in Social Justice and Community Engagement and is very happy to be putting both to use as a Stroll guide!

Look for it on the side of The Giorgio, across from WRHN Midtown (Grand River Hospital).

I hear there’s more work inside the building in the common spaces, but I haven’t seen it … yet! 👀
